Anticipation

Seen: Time movie of the USA... from Great Depression Days up to now... like a Docu-Drama playing in front of my eyes on a screen. I saw people shuffling through the streets in '28, women going to work in factories many for the 1st time during WWII, families wanting better for their kids in the 50's, , the hippie and drug scene of the 60's and early 70's, First Man of the Moon, ect.

Remembered: A scene from "Happy Days" where Fonz was forced to reveal his "check list" of how he prepares for a date and each step up to the culmination of that date.

Seen: God being removed from various sectors, ie" prayer out of schools,", no 10 commandments in public places, etc. I watched HIM being removed from the fabric of our lives (as a Society) until all that remained was an empty framework.

Seen: A Hollow Egg.

"Each advancement is a step further into the land of milk and honey. As you step into the land, do not forget the One who has given you this land. Who has given you your very lives. I have orchestrated all of this for you, unlocked the knowledge to advance, beamed in Pride as you stepped through doors I opened for you."

Isa 30:15 (KJV) For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

Isa 30:9 Because this is a rebel generation, a people who lie, A people unwilling to listen to anything GOD tells them.
Isa 30:10 They tell their spiritual leaders, "Don't bother us with irrelevancies." They tell their preachers, "Don't waste our time on impracticalities. Tell us what makes us feel better.
Isa 30:11 Don't bore us with obsolete religion. That stuff means nothing to us. Quit hounding us with The Holy of Israel."
Isa 30:12 Therefore, The Holy of Israel says this: "Because you scorn this Message, Preferring to live by injustice and shape your lives on lies,
Isa 30:13 This perverse way of life will be like a towering, badly built wall That slowly, slowly tilts and shifts, and then one day, without warning, collapses--
Isa 30:14 Smashed to bits like a piece of pottery, smashed beyond recognition or repair, Useless, a pile of debris to be swept up and thrown in the trash."
Isa 30:15 GOD, the Master, The Holy of Israel, has this solemn counsel: "Your salvation requires you to turn back to me and stop your silly efforts to save yourselves. Your strength will come from settling down in complete dependence on me-- The very thing you've been unwilling to do.
Isa 30:16 You've said, 'Nothing doing! We'll rush off on horseback!' You'll rush off, all right! Just not far enough! You've said, 'We'll ride off on fast horses!' Do you think your pursuers ride old nags?
Isa 30:17 Think again: A thousand of you will scatter before one attacker. Before a mere five you'll all run off. There'll be nothing left of you-- a flagpole on a hill with no flag, a signpost on a roadside with the sign torn off."
Isa 30:18 But GOD's not finished. He's waiting around to be gracious to you. He's gathering strength to show mercy to you. GOD takes the time to do everything right--everything. Those who wait around for him are the lucky ones.
Isa 30:19 Oh yes, people of Zion, citizens of Jerusalem, your time of tears is over. Cry for help and you'll find it's grace and more grace. The moment he hears, he'll answer.

Zion is calling, children are crying, earth is groaning, New Jerusalem is beckoning and Eternity is crashing in on time. Prepare the hearts, prepare the homes. Prepare ye the Way of the Lord!
